These terms apply to all services used via mobilsale24.de, in particular publishing and searching vehicle listings.
2. Platform services
mobilsale24.de provides an online platform where users can offer and find vehicles. mobilsale24.de does not itself become a party to purchase contracts concluded between users.
3. Registration & account
An account is required for certain features. The information provided must be truthful. Login credentials must be kept confidential.
4. User obligations
Listings must be accurate, complete and lawful. Misleading information, content infringing third-party rights and unlawful offers are prohibited.
5. Responsibility for content
The respective provider alone is responsible for the accuracy of listings. mobilsale24.de does not fully review content in advance but reserves the right to remove unlawful content.
6. Prices & dealer services
Paid services (e.g. highlights, packages) are shown transparently before booking. The prices displayed at the time of booking apply.
7. Liability
mobilsale24.de is liable according to statutory provisions; in case of slight negligence only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damage.
8. Termination
Users may delete their account at any time. mobilsale24.de may suspend or delete accounts in case of violations of these terms.
9. Final provisions
German law applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
